Emma & Abi are dusting off their trainers and are running, jumping, hopping and probably flopping their way around Cardiff's Gung-Ho 5K course on Saturday 21 May 2016 in aid of Tenovus Cancer Care.
TeamEWC (pictured on the left and right of our friends at Spindogs) is supporting Tenovus Cancer Care for another fundraiser this year as we continue to be impressed and humbled by the support it gives to cancer patients in Wales, their family and friends.
Emma Waddingham Consulting is taking on the 5k challenge, littered with 10 of the greatest inflatable obstacles on the planet! Gung-Ho has the world's largest inflatable obstacle and its finale is Europe’s biggest ever inflatable slide! Whew.
This is our third fundraiser for the charity in the last 12 months, having raised almost £800 at our Beat the Blues Quiz in January 2016 and Emma raised £1600 during her 'Jail & Bail' arrest in November 2015!
Please give as much as you can - it will help spur us on (we're not as fit as we hoped!) and Tenovus Cancer Care will be forever grateful.
