Cardiff Legal Walk 2016 raises a staggering £7,000!

The annual  Cardiff Legal Walk for Reaching Justice Wales has raised a record-breaking £7,000 for essential Pro Bono advice services in Wales. 

Emma Waddingham, Director, EWC, was recently appointed to the Reaching Justice Wales Cardiff Committee (chaired by HHJ Seys Llewelyn QC) and jointly sponsored the brightly coloured balloons for the 250+ walkers who took part in the 3k or 10k walk around the City Centre on 29 September 2016. Emma said:

Having been involved in the Cardiff Legal Walk for the last six years, I can undoubtedly report that this was definitely one of the most successful of recent years and the much-needed funds will help to support key charities and Pro Bono legal advice centres for the most vulnerable members of our Welsh communities. I am incredibly proud to have been able to help and support the cause and look forward to planning the 2017 walk with the rest of the voluntary RJWC committee.
